Working Practice
With the exception of retainer-based Executive Search, all our permanent recruitment is undertaken on a contingency basis, which means that an introduction fee is only charged when we successfully fill your vacancy. All background advertising, consultation and screening to shortlist suitable candidates is done at our expense and risk.
